About the Role

Join our Executive Services team as an Executive Officer and help support strategic leadership through high level coordination, communication and executive support. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Executive Director’s office within a fast paced healthcare environment.

In this role, you will manage executive communications, coordinate diaries and meetings, prepare briefs and project documentation and support the delivery of strategic projects and service improvements. Working closely with senior leaders, executive teams and external stakeholders, you will provide proactive, confidential and professional support while helping maintain efficient information management systems and responsive executive operations.

About You

You are a highly organised and proactive administration professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and provides confident executive support with professionalism and discretion.

• Deliver high level executive and project support
• Prepare reports, briefs and correspondence confidently
• Manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Use Microsoft Office and systems at an advanced level
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
