WHAT ARE WE OFFERING? 

This role places you at the centre of patient care coordination, delivering a professional and welcoming first point of contact while supporting the smooth management of elective surgery admissions. You will manage bookings, maintain accurate records, and respond to enquiries with empathy and efficiency, ensuring patients are informed and supported throughout their pre-admission journey. 

As part of a collaborative team, you will also contribute to project work, policy development, and process improvements that enhance service delivery. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by strengthening systems, supporting colleagues, and helping deliver safe, high-quality care.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE? 

You will………. 

  • Coordinate elective surgery admissions, including bookings, waitlists, and pre-admission processes
  • Provide a professional first point of contact, managing enquiries with efficiency, empathy, and confidentiality
  • Maintain and update patient information systems and ensure accurate documentation at all times
  • Support project work, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives across the service 
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support effective service delivery and patient flow
