About the Role

Join our Mental Health Clinical Program team as a Quality, Performance and Data Analytics Officer and help shape informed decision making through trusted data insights. You will develop reporting tools, support performance monitoring and contribute to strategic improvement initiatives across mental health services.

  • Support Program strategy and planning with data and insight
  • Develop dashboards and performance reporting tools
  • Analyse data and deliver actionable insights
  • Support clinical, operational and strategic projects
  • Enhance reporting systems and data solutions
  • Advise leaders on data and performance monitoring
  • Contribute to quality improvement across MHCP

About You

You are a detail focused data professional who enjoys turning complex information into meaningful insights that support better healthcare outcomes and informed decision making. You are confident working independently and as part of a team.

• Use SQL, Power BI and analytics tools confidently
• Analyse large datasets with accuracy and insight
• Develop dashboards, reports and data solutions
• Manage projects and support stakeholder engagement
• Communicate complex data clearly and effectively
