WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?  

We are offering an exciting short term opportunity for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality clinical care while providing leadership across allied health services within BHFLHN. In this role, you will contribute to improving service quality, safety, and accessibility across the rural region, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance models of care and workforce capability. You will play a key role in supporting service innovation, professional development, and ensuring services are responsive to community needs in a supportive and values-driven environment.

  • Are you a qualified and highly skilled clinician with experience delivering complex physiotherapy services and leading within multidisciplinary or rural health settings. 
  • Do you possess a strong ability to apply clinical expertise, contribute to service development, and use evidence and data to improve outcomes and models of care. 
  • Are  you a collaborative communicator with proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and provide expert advice across teams and services. 
  • Are you a people-focused professional, committed to mentoring others, fostering a positive team culture, and delivering culturally safe, client-centred care.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?  

You will……….  

  •  Deliver expert clinical care providing high-quality physiotherapy services to complex clients within the Out of Hospital Program
  • Lead service improvement developing and implementing clinical protocols and contributing to innovative models of care
  • Provide clinical leadership mentoring and supporting allied health staff while strengthening workforce capability
  • Enhance client outcomes promoting client-centred, culturally safe care through strong community engagement
  • Drive quality and performance monitoring services, contributing to evaluation and research, and supporting continuous improvement
