About the role

Join SA Pathology as Manager, Facilities and lead the delivery of essential facility services across South Australia. You’ll oversee building operations, maintenance programs, projects and emergency response activities while ensuring safe, efficient and compliant environments that support critical pathology services.

Working within Engineering Services and closely with contractors and key stakeholders, you’ll manage budgets, staff and operational priorities across multiple sites. You’ll also provide expert facilities advice, oversee contract performance, drive asset and waste management initiatives and support strategic planning for future infrastructure and service needs.

About You

You are a confident facilities leader with strong operational knowledge and a collaborative approach.

  • Proven experience in facilities and building services management
  • Strong management, leadership and stakeholder engagement capability
  • Skilled in project delivery, compliance and risk management
  • Knowledge of asset management, WHS and building regulations
