About the Role

Join our Speech Pathology team as an AHP1 or AHP2 Speech Pathologist and help deliver person centred care that supports communication, swallowing and rehabilitation outcomes across a range of clinical settings.

Applicants are applying for an AHP1/2 position with appointment classification based on years of post-graduate experience.

• Assess communication and swallowing needs
• Deliver patient-centred, evidence-based speech pathology care
• Support patients across hospital, subacute and community settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Guide students and less experienced staff
• Contribute to service improvement and quality care

About You

You are a compassionate and motivated Speech Pathologist who delivers person centred care and works collaboratively to support positive communication and swallowing outcomes.

• Degree in Speech Pathology with SPA eligibility
• Assess and manage dysphagia and communication needs
• Communicate clearly with patients, carers and teams
• Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary services
• Maintain accurate clinical records and quality care
