About the Role

Join a supportive healthcare team where you’ll help lead quality patient care and support daily ward operations. You’ll build strong team relationships, guide staff development, maintain safe practice standards and help create a positive care experience.

• Support daily ward and team operations
• Guide and mentor nursing staff and students
• Assist rostering, staffing and work allocation
• Promote safe, consistent and patient centred care
• Support practice change and service improvement

About You

You’re a confident and compassionate nurse ready to step into a leadership support role. With strong clinical judgement and a collaborative approach, you’ll help guide care delivery, support staff and uphold safe, high quality practice.

• Hold AHPRA nursing registration and practising certificate
• Deliver safe, evidence based care in acute settings
• Communicate clearly and resolve issues with care
• Support, supervise and guide nursing team members
• Work within quality, safety and clinical standards
