About the role

Join our Pre-Analytical Services team as an Operational Services Officer and help support the delivery of high quality diagnostic services within a fast paced healthcare environment. You will play an important role in patient care through specimen collection, specimen management and responsive customer service that supports timely diagnosis and treatment outcomes.

In this role, you will collect and manage specimens, prepare samples for analysis and ensure accurate data entry across laboratory information systems. Working closely with patients, healthcare professionals and laboratory teams, you will help maintain safe specimen handling, efficient workflows and professional service standards while contributing to positive patient experiences and reliable testing processes.
