About the Role:

Join the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network as an Administration Officer and play a vital role in supporting the delivery of important mental health programs and services. In this dynamic and rewarding position, you’ll provide high-quality, confidential administrative support while working alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to making a positive difference in the community.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Criteria 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and with consumers.
  • Proven administrative experience, including document preparation, meeting coordination, reception duties, records management, and office support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced in managing administrative systems and information.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, solve problems, and contribute positively to a team environment.
  • Understanding of mental health and Aboriginal culture, with experience working with Aboriginal consumers and a commitment to culturally appropriate, consumer-focused service delivery.

Desired Criteria 

  • Qualifications in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting business improvement projects within mental health, healthcare, or human services environments.
  • Knowledge of health administration systems, medical records, telehealth platforms, and relevant administrative policies and procedures.
