Join the EMR Support Team and help drive the successful adoption of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) across our regional health services. This is an exciting opportunity for an engaging educator and change champion who thrives on supporting people through innovation, learning and transformation.
As an EMR PAS Educator, you will deliver dynamic, site-based training and education programs that empower clinical and non-clinical staff to confidently use the EMR system in their everyday work. Working closely with stakeholders across Regional Local Health Networks, you will play a key role in improving digital capability, supporting workflow integration and enhancing the overall patient care experience.
You will also contribute to the development of high-quality learning resources, training materials and user guides, while applying your expertise to support business rules, workflow processes and best-practice system use.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
You will……….
- Deliver engaging, high-quality EMR training that builds user confidence and supports safe, effective system use across clinical and non-clinical teams
- Design, coordinate and deliver blended learning programs including classroom sessions, workshops, online learning and supporting training materials
- Monitor, evaluate and report on training effectiveness using feedback, competency assessments and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
- Identify learning gaps and contribute to targeted strategies and resources that strengthen EMR capability and system adoption across sites
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure training delivery is well-coordinated, compliant, and aligned with organisational policies and service needs
