About the Role:

As a Social Worker, you’ll deliver meaningful, person-centred care through preventative, therapeutic and early intervention approaches while working alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to expand your clinical expertise, contribute to supervision and mentoring, and help shape positive mental health outcomes across a diverse range of services.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Criteria 

  • Hold a recognised qualification in Social Work and be eligible for full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  • Demonstrate AHP2 level competencies and maintain ongoing professional development in line with AASW requirements.

Desired Criteria 

  • Deliver high-quality Social Work services across inpatient, community and rural health settings, supporting diverse client needs.
  • Manage a complex caseload while providing assessment, triage, referrals, coordinated care and health promotion activities.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and build strong professional networks across the region.
  • Support continuous improvement through quality activities, service development, evidence-based practice and student supervision.
  • Maintain professional standards through effective communication, cultural sensitivity, accurate documentation and ongoing professional development.
