About the Role

Join the iCARE–AF Reduce Clinic and help improve outcomes for patients living with Atrial Fibrillation and Atrial Flutter. You'll deliver specialist outpatient care while working with a multidisciplinary team across metropolitan sites.

• Deliver specialist nurse-led care and education
• Lead best practice across the service
• Support care planning and continuity of care
• Mentor and guide nursing staff
• Drive quality improvement and practice change

About You

You're an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for cardiology and delivering exceptional patient-centred care.

• Registered with NMBA and current practising certificate
• Experience in acute cardiology or critical care nursing
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
• Experience supporting and mentoring nursing staff
