About the Role

Join our Neurosurgery team and become the welcoming face of our outpatient service. You’ll manage frontline admin support, build strong relationships with patients and clinicians, maintain accurate records and help create a smooth, positive experience for every visitor.

• Deliver confidential frontline admin support
• Welcome patients, visitors and clinicians with care
• Manage appointments, enquiries and referrals
• Maintain accurate patient records and data
• Support Neurosurgery clinics and outpatient services
• Liaise with wards, volunteers and internal teams
• Work closely with clinicians and external providers
• Contribute to shared team rosters and daily operations

About You

You’re a proactive admin professional who thrives in a busy healthcare environment. With strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a calm, team-focused approach, you’ll help deliver an exceptional experience for patients and staff alike.

• Deliver high quality, confidential customer service
• Manage admin tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate confidently with diverse staff and patients
• Use Microsoft Office and learn new systems quickly
• Prioritise workloads and meet deadlines under pressure
