  • Must be willing to work Monday to Friday, afternoon shift 15:30 to 20:30pm

About the Role

As a Senior Support Services Officer, you lead by example to keep care safe and responsive. You guide daily support across wards, back clinicians, and ensure services run smoothly for patients and visitors.

• Lead support services across clinical areas
• Support clinicians with direct patient service
• Guide teams during routine and after-hours needs
• Respond to security and emergency matters
• Liaise with staff, contractors and the public

About You

You’re an experienced support services professional who leads calmly, backs teams, and keeps care safe, respectful and responsive.

• Hold AQF Certificate III relevant to the role
• Complete 560 hours in-service experience
• Work confidently in care and healthcare security settings
• Guide others through on-the-job support and training
• Apply sound judgement and follow hospital by-laws and safety rules
