About the Role

Lead a diverse statewide program delivering exceptional heart, lung and specialty medicine services across CALHN. You will shape strategy, drive performance, build high performing multidisciplinary teams and champion safe, high quality care that improves outcomes for South Australians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead program strategy, service delivery and operational performance
  • Drive budget, activity, KPI and revenue outcomes
  • Build strong partnerships across medical, nursing and allied health teams
  • Deliver service improvement, modernisation and patient flow initiatives
  • Champion safety, quality, governance and patient centred care

About You

You are a collaborative and strategic leader who builds trust, drives change and delivers results in complex healthcare environments. You bring the vision, influence and operational expertise to lead high performing teams and improve patient outcomes.

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Lead large multidisciplinary teams through change
  • Deliver KPI, budget and service performance outcomes
  • Build trusted partnerships and influence stakeholders
  • Apply strong health system and clinical governance knowledge
