Support the Organisational Development team in delivering essential training and development programs that enhance patient care and staff capabilities. 

About the role: 

Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, this role is responsible for providing high quality administration support to the Organisational Development team, coordinating and scheduling key L&D activities related to the Workforce and Education & Learning strategies.

Duties for the role will include:

  • Support the design, coordination, and implementation of learning and development initiatives aligned to organisational development and workforce capability priorities, including but not limited to the Workforce Strategy and Education & Learning Strategy.
  • Support the team to administer learning needs analyses to identify capability gaps across corporate, leadership and management cohorts.
  • Coordinate end-to-end program logistics for leadership and management development programs, including enrolments, scheduling, communication and participant support.
  • Assist with publishing and maintaining course content and classes within the Learning Management System.
  • Support organisational development projects and initiatives that contribute to building a positive, capable and engaged workforce.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, meeting papers and communications related to learning and development activities.

About you:

  • Sound experience in the end-to-end coordination of workforce training activities or projects.
  • Experience in the development, design, and evaluation of learning resources and presentations.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting simple data analysis and/or visualisation in a learning context.
  • High level of interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels from a range of professions.
  • Proven ability to prepare timely, clear and concise written communication including agendas, minutes and briefs.
  • Ability to present data clearly and professionally in a manner that is easy to understand.
  • Proven ability to work with a high degree of independence, determine priorities and anticipate the requirements of the role.
