Kimba Multi-Purpose Service (MPS) is seeking a skilled and dedicated Administration Officer to join our team on a casual contract. Make a difference in the local community by supporting the provision of high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, handling enquiries and directing them appropriately.
  • Manage office supplies, including stock ordering, medical records, and administrative documentation.
  • Oversee reception duties, ensuring smooth visitor flow and supporting clients with diverse needs.
  • Contribute to the management of resources and administrative support across various service areas.
  • Support team members, organise meetings, and assist with staff development activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of competency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office administration.
  • Experience in providing administrative support, especially in healthcare settings.
  • A commitment to confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and excellent customer service.
