  • Position based at the Royal Adelaide Hospital on the Acute Stroke Ward. Position involves a weekend shift fortnightly.
  • Salary   AHP-3   $112,139 - $120,284 p.a. (pro rata) + super + salary packaging
  • Permanent part-time working 18.75 hours per week

About the Role

Step into a senior clinical role where you’ll lead, mentor and shape high-quality occupational therapy services across CALHN. You’ll manage day-to-day service delivery, build capability within multidisciplinary teams and drive service improvements that enhance patient outcomes. This is your chance to influence practice, champion innovation and help grow the future of Occupational Therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead occupational therapy services across wards, programs and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver expert clinical care aligned with best practice
• Mentor and supervise Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistants
• Guide clinical education for staff and students
• Drive quality improvement, research and service evaluation
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Represent Occupational Therapy on committees, projects and forums
• Support service planning, workforce growth and clinical excellence
• Advocate for patient-centred care and improved health outcomes
• Contribute to portfolio initiatives that strengthen service capability

About You

You’re a confident and compassionate Occupational Therapist who thrives in complex clinical environments and enjoys leading others to deliver exceptional care. You bring strong clinical expertise, sound judgement and a collaborative approach that helps teams and patients succeed.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration
• Strong acute, rehab or community OT experience
• Skilled in complex care and clinical decision making
• Confident leader, mentor and multidisciplinary partner
• Experience in quality improvement, research or projects
