Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Physiotherapist and play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to the local community. Working with increasing professional autonomy, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate physiotherapy services across a diverse caseload, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support positive health outcomes. HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
You will……….
- Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy services across diverse settings, using clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement and evaluate client-centred treatment for increasingly complex presentations.
- Exercise professional judgement to adapt evidence-based techniques, manage workload priorities, and support safe, efficient service delivery across individual, group, and health promotion activities.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to integrated care, service coordination, and strong communication with clients, families, community stakeholders and other agencies.
- Provide supervision, mentoring and clinical support to less experienced staff, allied health assistants, and students while actively engaging in professional development and reflective practice.
- Contribute to quality improvement, service development, research, and culturally safe practice, including meaningful engagement with Aboriginal consumers and communities.
