About the Role

Join our Heart & Lung Program and support patients with complex respiratory needs. Work alongside skilled nurses, build strong care plans, maintain safe practice, and help deliver person-centred care every day.

Key Duties

  • Support nurses in delivering patient care
  • Monitor and report patient progress
  • Assist with treatments and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Build strong connections with patients and team

About You

You’re an enrolled nurse ready to provide safe, person-centred care and work closely with a supportive team. You bring practical skills, clinical awareness, and a focus on improving patient outcomes.

  • Hold or eligible for nursing registration and practising certificate
  • Deliver safe, person-centred care with confidence
  • Recognise and report changes in patient condition
  • Communicate clearly with patients and team members
  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
