WHAT ARE WE OFFERING? 

Support the Safety & Quality team to achieve their goals by ensuring timely and confidential handling of enquiries, correspondence, and quality systems. Support meetings and governance processes assist in the development of reports, and maintenance of intranet sites.   

You will play a critical role in supporting project coordination, including monitoring project progress, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, supporting accreditation events, and maintaining information systems and document control. As a key team member, you will foster collaboration, supporting continuous improvement, and promoting a positive workplace culture aligned with BHFLHN Values and safety priorities.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE? 

You will………. 

  • Provide high-level administrative support including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and supporting committees with agendas, minutes and follow-up actions. 

  • Ensure effective workforce and operational administration through systems development, planning support, KPI monitoring and contribution to departmental operational plans and reporting.  

  • Maintain accurate records and compliance with legislative and policy requirements, including records management under the State Records Act and maintenance of personnel and administrative files.  

  • Support a positive, collaborative and high-performing workplace culture aligned with SA Health values, including participation in training, performance development and continuous improvement activities.  

  • Deliver professional stakeholder engagement and communication across internal teams, executives and external agencies while maintaining strict confidentiality and patient privacy at all times.
