About the role

Join SA Pharmacy in beautiful Mount Gambier and play a meaningful role in delivering safe, patient-centred care across a supportive regional health setting. As a Pharmacist or Senior Pharmacist, you’ll work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team providing high-quality clinical, dispensing and medication management services to inpatients and outpatients. From optimising drug therapies and supporting quality use of medicines to providing trusted advice and education to patients and healthcare professionals, you’ll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on patient outcomes every day. About You

We’re looking for compassionate and motivated pharmacy professionals who are passionate about delivering safe, high-quality patient care and thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment. Whether you are an early career Pharmacist or an experienced Senior Pharmacist, you’ll bring strong clinical capability, a patient-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement and professional excellence.

  • Registered or eligible for registration with AHPRA as a Pharmacist
  • Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to safe medication management
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and contribute to service improvement

For Senior Pharmacist applicants, leadership experience, mentoring capability and advanced hospital pharmacy experience will be highly regarded.
