WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

Our BHFLHN nurse-led clinics provide local communities with access to urgent, non-emergency, weekend and weekday extended hours care.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you will lead and coordinate high-quality, multidisciplinary community health services that have a meaningful impact on the lives of consumers and their communities. As a Team Leader (Level 3), you will draw on your clinical expertise to provide guidance, support and direction to staff, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care. Beyond your direct clinical responsibilities, you will provide shift-by-shift leadership, act as a senior clinical resource, and foster a collaborative team environment that promotes excellence in service delivery and positive health outcomes.
