Overview:

The Human Resource (HR) Operations and Project Officer reports to the Manager, Human Resources and is accountable to the Director, Corporate Services for the provision of quality HR support and advisory services to employees and managers regarding generalist human resource operational procedures, and HR reporting in a timely manner and in accordance with Preventive Health SA policies and processes.

The role provides a comprehensive range of HR operational functions and provides effective customer service to support the needs of the agency through building and maintaining relationships with managers and staff, as well as promoting operational HR best practice.

The role works in close partnership with the Manager, Human Resources and Director, Corporate Services in providing operational HR services within scope including the review of HR smart forms for accuracy, advice and processing, requisition review and monitoring, facilitating HR reporting across the agency, answering general operational HR questions in relation to payroll, leave, vacancy management, Bonafide's, and maintaining accurate organisational charts and HR records.
