About the Role:

You will provide person-centred nursing care within a dynamic clinical environment, assessing patient needs and planning, implementing and coordinating care to achieve positive outcomes. You will work with increasing autonomy while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective care. In this role, you will contribute to quality improvement activities, support care coordination, and provide leadership on a shift-by-shift basis as required.

About You: 

• Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills within a healthcare environment.
• Ability to prioritise workload and provide safe, consumer and family-centred care.
• Demonstrated competence in nursing practice in line with professional standards.
