About the Role

Join our Talent Acquisition team and help connect great people with meaningful careers across CALHN. You'll build strong partnerships, provide trusted recruitment advice and support hiring managers to attract and secure talented people. This is a varied role where you'll help shape recruitment practices, enhance candidate experiences and support workforce priorities across a large and diverse health network.

  • Provide recruitment advice and candidate attraction support
  • Create engaging job adverts and campaign content
  • Guide managers through PageUp and hiring processes
  • Develop recruitment resources, guides and tools
  • Maintain eRecruitment systems and data quality
  • Build strong stakeholder and supplier relationships

About You

You are a people-focused recruitment professional who enjoys building connections, providing trusted advice and helping great candidates find meaningful careers. You thrive in a collaborative team, balance competing priorities with confidence and value the flexibility of a part-time role.

  • Experience in recruitment and HR administration
  • Provide expert advice to managers and stakeholders
  • Use PageUp or similar recruitment systems with confidence
  • Create compelling job adverts and attraction strategies
  • Manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Build strong relationships and deliver great service
