About the Role

Help keep our hospitals safely staffed by providing vital administrative support to the Central Staffing Hub. You'll work closely with the Duty Nurse Manager to coordinate rosters, support casual staffing and keep communication flowing across nursing teams in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

• Manage leave requests by phone and email
• Support casual staff bookings and roster updates
• Liaise with nurses and agencies to fill shifts
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
• Build strong relationships across clinical teams

About You

You'll bring excellent organisation, a customer focused approach and the ability to stay calm and accurate in a busy environment while supporting a team that keeps our health services running.

• Deliver high quality customer service every day
• Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy
• Use Microsoft Office with confidence and efficiency
• Communicate clearly with people from all backgrounds
• Bring administration or data entry support experience
