Are you a skilled and motivated Catering Manager looking for a new challenge? At Port Pirie Regional Health Services, we’re seeking an experienced individual to lead our catering department with excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact while ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality control, and patient satisfaction.

As our Catering Manager, you’ll oversee a diverse and dedicated team, managing everything from staff rosters to food preparation, all while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Your leadership will play a crucial role in delivering cost-effective catering services that meet both the needs of our patients and staff.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Successful completion of Certificate 3 in Commercial Cooking (desirable)
• Relevant catering experience with a solid understanding of food safety.
• Proven supervisory skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach to ensuring compliance with industry standards and legislative requirements.
• The ability to manage budgets, staffing, and operations to meet financial and service targets.
• A Food Safety for Supervisors Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
