Join the People & Culture team at the Limestone Coast Local Health Network and play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment and workforce support services across our organisation. As a Talent Connect Administrator, you will provide timely recruitment and selection advice, coordinate a range of administrative processes, and support managers and staff throughout the employee lifecycle.

Working closely with Talent Connect Officers and the Talent Connect Coordinator, you will assist with recruitment campaigns, employment approvals, classification management, reporting, and the maintenance of recruitment systems and records. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, policy implementation, and projects that support workforce attraction and retention outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver recruitment and selection advice, support, and administrative services to managers and staff.
  • Coordinate and maintain recruitment systems, records, databases, and workforce reporting information.
  • Prepare recruitment documentation, approvals, correspondence, and reports to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders and provide responsive customer service throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to workforce projects, process improvements, policy implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
