About the Role:

Join our multidisciplinary Mental Health team as a Social Worker and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities. In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver evidence-based, recovery-focused care across community, acute and rehabilitation settings while developing your clinical skills through ongoing professional support and learning. Working alongside experienced clinicians, you’ll contribute to a range of therapeutic, early intervention, health promotion and community development programs that support positive mental health outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

Must hold a Recognised Social Work qualification with eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), commitment to ongoing professional development, and postgraduate qualifications in social work, psychotherapy, mental health, or public sector management highly regarded.

  • Deliver evidence-based social work services, including assessment, intervention, counselling, and care planning for mental health consumers and their families.
  • Provide individual, group, and community-based programs focused on recovery, early intervention, health promotion, and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with external agencies to support coordinated, consumer-centred care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, records, and data in line with organisational and legislative requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, clinical supervision, training, and knowledge sharing to enhance practice.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives while providing culturally safe and responsive services, including working effectively with Aboriginal consumers and communities.
