About the Role

Join our People and Culture team as a Workforce & Performance Data Analyst and play a pivotal role in driving informed decision-making across Yorke and Northern Local Health Network.

Reporting to the Workforce Safety, Systems and Security Manager, you will transform complex workforce and performance data into meaningful insights that support strategic planning, service delivery, and organisational performance. Through advanced reporting, analytics, and visualisation tools, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support accreditation activities across the Network. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deliver routine and ad-hoc workforce and performance reports.
  • Create impactful dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
  • Maintain and verify data collection processes and analytics integrity.
  • Support accreditation activities and provide workforce administration support.

About You

You are an analytical and solutions-focused professional who thrives on turning data into actionable outcomes. You combine technical capability with strong communication skills to influence decisions and support continuous improvement.  You will bring:

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Experience manipulating, analysing and presenting complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Power BI Desktop, Report Server and Cloud environments.
  • Experience providing project and administrative support services.
  • Experience supporting project planning, reporting and implementation activities.
