Overview:

  • The Change Management Coordinator is responsible for the development, delivery and review of Clinical Information Systems (CIS) change management related programs, projects and services that ensure the implementation, support and management of systems adhere to established quality and ITIL based change management processes and procedures.
  • The role also coordinates and delivers a range of complex change related administrative functions, including reviewing Requests for Change (RFCs) to evaluate impacts, providing expert advice to change initiators and external staff in the co-ordination of deployments, and providing a secretariat service to Release Management meetings

Criminal History Screening Requirement

  • A ‘National Police Certificate’ NPC (also known as a ‘Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check’ NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.

 

Special Conditions

  • The incumbent may be required to work out of hours and some intra/interstate may be required.
