About the Role

Help keep a busy healthcare program running smoothly by providing essential finance, administrative and business support across Acute and Urgent Care. You'll play a key role in managing financial processes, maintaining accurate records and supporting staff with timely, customer-focused finance services.

• Process AP and AR invoices, journals and reconciliations
• Maintain records, forms and financial data systems
• Support cost allocation, reporting and business processes
• Respond to finance enquiries and provide customer support
• Build strong relationships across clinical and business teams

About You

You are an organised and proactive professional who enjoys working with numbers, supporting teams and delivering accurate, high-quality business support services.

• Experience in finance, administration and data entry

• Use Microsoft Office and databases with confidence

• Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

• Deliver great customer service and build relationships

• Work independently and contribute to team success
