About the Role

Lead the Information Management and Performance Monitoring Unit.
Manage data, insight and systems that lift mental health outcomes.
Build strong links with Directors and regions.
Shape policy, strategy and clinical utility using evidence.

Key duties
• Lead the IMPM Unit and set clear priorities
• Advise Mental Health Directors and regions
• Build data use that drives better care
• Deliver state and national mental health strategies
• Create clinical utility tools and insight
• Review outcomes and guide service improve
• Run mental health info systems with confidence
