About the Role 

Support a busy Orthopaedic and Trauma Service where your organisation keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll provide confidential secretarial support, coordinate key admin tasks and help maintain efficient day to day operations across the unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver confidential medical secretarial support
• Coordinate schedules, records and unit admin tasks
• Support consultants and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
• Respond to enquiries with care and professionalism

About You

You are a capable and organised administrator who brings strong communication skills, attention to detail and a calm, supportive approach.

• Type 50 to 60 words per minute with accuracy and care
• Apply admin experience in busy office or healthcare settings
• Use Microsoft Office and computer systems confidently
• Communicate clearly with staff, patients and public
• Manage tasks independently with good judgement and priority
