WHAT ARE WE OFFERING? 

This is a short-term opportunity offering the chance to make an immediate impact in a vital coordination role supporting community and aged care services. Working as the Contractor & Revenue Coordinator, you will gain valuable experience in contractor management, compliance, billing, reporting, and stakeholder engagement while contributing to the delivery of high-quality services across the region. WHERE AND HOW YOU WILL WORK 

This is a regional role, allowing for flexibility to work from any of our BHFLHN sites by negotiation, or the ability to work remotely, and benefit from the work-life balance this provides.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

  • Someone with strong administration and coordination skills, or the ability or willingness to learn contractor management, invoicing, timesheet processing, and billing activities.
  • A well-organised individual who can manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and assist with reporting and data management requirements.
  • A person with good communication and customer service skills who can work effectively with staff and stakeholders to resolve issues and support service delivery.
  • Someone who is proactive and keen to support continuous improvement activities, including identifying contractor needs, assisting with recruitment processes, and contributing to team initiatives.
  • A reliable and collaborative team member who demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to compliance, quality service delivery, and supporting positive outcomes for the community.
