About the Role

Lead quality and research initiatives that strengthen Radiation Oncology services and improve patient outcomes. You'll drive best practice, support clinical excellence and help shape innovation across the department.

• Lead quality and safety initiatives
• Drive research and service improvement
• Advise leaders on quality standards
• Mentor and support clinical teams
• Build evidence based practice

About You

You're an experienced Radiation Therapist ready to lead quality, research and service improvement.

• Degree in Radiation Therapy with MRPBA registration
• Current Radiation Protection and Control licence
• Experience in quality, research or leadership roles
• Strong communication and change leadership skills
• Expertise in contemporary radiation therapy practice
