About the Role

Join our Mental Health Triage team and play a vital role in supporting people experiencing mental health concerns. As a Mental Health Triage Clinician, you will provide timely assessment, care coordination and recovery-focused support while working closely with consumers, carers, community services and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.

• Deliver mental health assessment and triage services
• Coordinate care and support recovery-focused outcomes
• Provide education, counselling and consumer support
• Build partnerships across health and community services
• Guide and support developing members of the team

About You

You are an experienced mental health clinician who combines clinical expertise with compassion, leadership and a commitment to recovery-focused care.

• Registered Nurse with Mental Health qualification

• Deliver care for consumers with complex mental health needs

• Build strong partnerships with consumers and carers

• Support teams through leadership and clinical guidance

• Apply recovery-focused and evidence-based practice
