    WHAT ARE WE OFFERING? 

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care within a supportive team environment, ensuring patients and clients achieve the best possible outcomes. You will play a key part in coordinating and monitoring care plans, providing day-to-day clinical oversight, and contributing to safe, efficient service delivery. Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, you will help manage clinical activities, respond to immediate care needs, and support ongoing improvements across the unit. 

    In addition to hands-on care, you will contribute to building a strong learning and professional culture by supporting staff development, mentoring students, and participating in education and training activities. You will also engage in quality improvement through clinical audits and research, using evidence-based practice to enhance care outcomes. With opportunities to provide leadership on shift, act as a clinical resource, and support change initiatives, this role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to make a meaningful impact in both patient care and team development.

    WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

    • Do you have at least 3 years post-graduate clinical experience?
    • Can you deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care while coordinating individual care plans to achieve optimal outcomes?  

    • Are you able to monitor and evaluate daily care delivery to ensure safety, effectiveness, and continuity of care?  

    • Do you have the ability to provide shift-by-shift clinical leadership to support your team and facilitate effective patient flow within the unit?  

    • Are you able to support the Nurse Unit Manager in managing clinical operations, resolving care issues, and coordinating multidisciplinary services?  

    • Are you committed to contributing to staff development, education, and quality improvement through mentoring, teaching, and participation in audit and research activities?
