Lead Theatre Intelligence: Associate Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager 

Join a supportive and innovative team where you will have the opportunity to combine your clinical expertise, leadership skills and health informatics knowledge to make a meaningful impact on patient care. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing services while supporting the Nursing Unit Manager in leading, mentoring and developing staff within the ward, unit or service.

You will also play a key role in the administration and optimisation of the ORMIS theatre information system, providing system support, maintaining data quality, delivering staff training and developing reports for a wide range of stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support operational excellence and help drive safe, efficient and patient-centred care across perioperative services.

About you:

  • Registered Nurse with at least 3 years post registration experience as a Registered Nurse/Midwife
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Effective communication skills including, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Ability to be, creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a healthcare setting
