About the Role

As a Dietitian – Nutrition & Hydration, you will apply your clinical knowledge and professional expertise to deliver a comprehensive and integrated nutrition service tailored to local community needs. Working with increasing autonomy and reduced clinical direction, you will work across preventative care, early intervention, treatment, evaluation and service improvement initiatives.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will partner with health professionals and service providers across sectors to deliver person-centred care and positive health outcomes. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the supervision and development of allied health professionals, assistants and students.

About You

You are a motivated and collaborative Dietitian who values evidence-based practice and is committed to improving health outcomes through high-quality nutrition care.

Essential Requirements:

  • Hold a recognised qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics.
  • Be eligible for practising membership with the Dietitians Association of Australia.
  • Hold a Masters qualification with a related allied health undergraduate degree, OR have a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience and demonstrate AHP2 level competencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply clinical knowledge to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nutrition interventions.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development (participation in an accredited CPD program is desirable).
