About the role

As a Technical Support Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for ICT support across SA Pathology, providing friendly, responsive and professional assistance to a diverse range of users. You'll receive and manage support requests, troubleshoot technical issues where possible, route more complex enquiries to the appropriate teams, and provide a high-quality enquiry service that helps keep essential pathology services running smoothly.

 

Working as part of a supportive ICT team, you'll use your technical knowledge and customer service skills to resolve issues efficiently while delivering a positive experience for every client. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working in a fast-paced environment and making a meaningful contribution through reliable technical support.

About You

You are a customer-focused ICT professional who enjoys solving technical problems and delivering exceptional support in a collaborative team environment.

• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Active Directory

• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritise workloads and resolve ICT issues with minimal supervision

• Knowledge of computer security, change control and network fundamentals
