About the Role

Shape the future of Occupational Therapy across one of Australia's largest public health services. As Senior Manager, Occupational Therapy, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple sites, partnering with senior leaders to strengthen services, develop the workforce and drive innovation, research and evidence-based practice that improves care for South Australians.

  • Lead Occupational Therapy services across multiple sites
  • Shape strategic plans and service improvement initiatives
  • Build partnerships that strengthen patient care and reform
  • Lead workforce planning, supervision and credentialing
  • Drive research, quality and evidence-based practice
  • Represent Occupational Therapy across key committees and networks

About You

You are an experienced Occupational Therapy leader who combines strategic thinking with strong clinical governance. You build trusted relationships, inspire high-performing teams and confidently lead change across complex healthcare environments.

  • Eligible for Occupational Therapy Board of Australia registration
  • Extensive leadership across complex health services
  • Strong people leadership and workforce development skills
  • Experience leading quality, research and service improvement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Sound clinical governance and strategic planning expertise
