    • RN/M1 $39.25 - $53.56 per hour + 25% casual loading + 12% Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
    • RN/M2C $45.86 - $57.97 per hour + 25% casual loading + 12% Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
  • Casual Employment, working over a 7 day roster

Please note that this position is multi-classified as either an RN-1 or an RN-2C.

We're building our 2026–2027 Casual Employment Pool for Community Health Nurses across various locations throughout Eyre & Far North - a unique opportunity to contribute to primary health care in communities where your skills genuinely matter, through to 1 July 2027.

What You'll Be Doing

Working within the Port Lincoln Community & Allied Health unit, you'll deliver person-centred nursing care to individuals and families across the lifespan in community-based settings. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Conducting health assessments and delivering evidence-based nursing care within the community
  • Coordinating care plans and working collaboratively with allied health, medical, and community support teams
  • Supporting chronic disease management, health education, and early intervention programs
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with SA Health standards and legislative requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated experience in community, primary, or generalist nursing practice
  • Sound understanding of social determinants of health and culturally responsive care
  • Strong communication and care coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with SA Health policies, clinical frameworks, or equivalent state health system experience
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the Port Lincoln and surrounds region
