About the Role

Be the backbone of safe, efficient care by keeping medical rosters running smoothly. You’ll manage complex schedules, build strong links with clinical teams and create clear systems that support anaesthetic services at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Duties
• Coordinate medical rosters for specialists and trainee doctors
• Manage daily roster changes and urgent workforce needs
• Maintain accurate records, systems and reports
• Liaise with medical leaders on staffing and cover
• Support workforce processes across anaesthetic subspecialties

About You

You’re a detail focused administrator who enjoys solving roster puzzles, working with busy teams and keeping services running smoothly.

• Advanced Excel skills or willing to complete training
• Proven experience preparing and maintaining complex staff rosters
• Communicate clearly and manage sensitive matters with discretion
• Analyse data, solve issues and meet tight deadlines
• Work independently and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
