About the Role

As an Administration Assistant in the Parking Office, you’ll keep services running smoothly by managing car parking, fleet, lost property and transport support. You’ll coordinate requests, maintain records and provide friendly, efficient admin support across a busy healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage car parking and permit requests
• Process expiation notices and follow up actions
• Maintain fleet vehicle records and bookings
• Support lost property and insurance claims
• Coordinate transport and admin enquiries
• Update systems and maintain accurate records
• Provide customer focused service to staff and public
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

About You

You're a highly organised Administration Assistant who takes pride in accuracy, service and keeping things running smoothly. You work well independently, communicate clearly and bring strong attention to detail in a busy environment.

• Proven admin experience with varied office duties
• Confident with MS Office and admin systems
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Prioritise workload and meet tight timeframes
• Communicate clearly with staff and public
