SA Health is looking for a Services Assistant to join the team at Elliston Multi-Purpose Service, part of the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network. If you want casual work that genuinely supports patient care in a close-knit rural community, this role is worth your time.

What You'll Be Doing

This casual position covers a range of hands-on support services that keep the facility running smoothly and patients comfortable. Shifts are rostered on a 7-day rotating basis, with additional opportunities to cover leave as needed. Full training is provided - no prior healthcare experience is required.

  • Cleaning and general housekeeping of hospital areas to infection control standards
  • Laundry duties including washing, drying, and linen management
  • Kitchen hand responsibilities including food preparation and delivery to patients
  • Cooking duties as required, following dietary and safety guidelines
