Overview

  • The Change Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and reviewing effective change management, communications and training strategies, plans and initiatives for all allocated project(s) under the SA health digital portfolio
  • Lead and undertake the identification and analysis of project issues and develop, implement and evaluate strategies and plans that address process improvement, solution upgrades and/or user training and development, including engaging broadly across SA Health portfolios to identify potential digital and process solutions and synergies to address project issues.
  • Lead or conduct change and risk evaluations on business process and system change requirements including analysing a range of complex information, and qualitative and quantitative data, to identify and implement minimisation measures for potential risks and impacts.

  • A ‘National Police Certificate’ NPC (also known as a ‘Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check’ NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment).

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact).

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
