About the Role

Join a team that helps drive world-class clinical research across CALHN. You'll manage the day-to-day administration that keeps clinical trials moving, build strong relationships with researchers and stakeholders, maintain key systems and financial records, and help deliver high-quality research support in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do

  • Manage clinical trial administration from submission to file maintenance
  • Coordinate enquiries and provide timely support to researchers and stakeholders
  • Maintain clinical trial databases, records and regulatory documents
  • Process invoices, payments, receipting and financial records
  • Prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes and meeting support
  • Monitor budgets, reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
  • Liaise with funding bodies, sponsors and internal teams
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and better business processes
  • Build positive relationships across CALHN and external research partners
  • Help keep the Research Office running smoothly through shared team support

About You

You're an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly. You have a keen eye for detail, communicate with confidence and thrive in a busy environment where your work supports meaningful clinical research.

  • Experience in administration and financial support
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines
