About the Role

Join the CALHN Metabolic and Bariatric Unit and help deliver a welcoming, efficient and patient-centred service. You'll provide high-quality administrative support to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patients, clinicians and stakeholders receive exceptional service every step of the way.

• Support clinic administration and patient services
• Coordinate appointments, referrals and enquiries
• Maintain accurate records and data systems
• Liaise with clinicians and hospital teams
• Deliver responsive customer service and admin support

About You

You're a customer-focused administrator who thrives in a busy healthcare environment and enjoys supporting patients and multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in healthcare administration or customer service
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
• Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy
• Commitment to confidentiality and quality service
